Our Staff
Kaori SanBorn and raised in the northern island of Okinawa, Japan. She is happily married with three beautiful children. She is a sweet-heart and has a great desire to share her Japanese cultures with our customers. She doesn't consider herself as an employee, but considers herself a member of our family.
Mayumi San
She is a beautiful charming Okinawa lady and has a happy-go-lucky personality. Her sincere interest in serving our customers needs makes everybody fall in love with her. She loves to sing, and we call her our "Song Bird". She is an active member in Okinawa Society in the South Florida region. You can see her dance and sing on various Japanese cultural events.
Kenny San - The Chef
"If he won't eat it, he won't serve it to you" is Kenny's philosophy. Born, raised and trained in Nagoya, Japan. He worked in Germany before coming to the United States. He has many years of experience from west to east coast, he has earned quite a reputation in the restaurant industry.
